Forest and Ocean was founded on the belief that nature holds powerful, restorative wisdom. Each formulation is thoughtfully created with intention, drawing on nature’s beneficial essences, ancient knowledge, and intuitive practice. Conscious awareness is central to every stage of development, with the aim of reconnecting people to nature and the profound goodness it offers.

Founded by Aimee in 2021 amid the abundant natural landscapes of Jervis Bay, Forest and Ocean began as a deeply personal journey. From these origins, the brand expanded through travels across Australia, allowing its vision and reach to grow organically.

Aimee considers herself both an artist and an alchemist, with nature as her primary source of inspiration. “We are artists creating from passion — to heal, cleanse, and restore — using the therapeutic benefits nature provides.” Helping others has always been at the core of her life’s work.

As a mother to a child with disabilities, Aimee has dedicated herself tirelessly to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, while passionately advocating for their rights and wellbeing. Guided by a belief in the value of integrative and complementary therapies, she began developing natural formulations to support her family and close community.

Following her own diagnosis with a degenerative disease in 2020, Aimee deepened her commitment to natural therapies — not only as part of her personal healing journey, but as a way to continue helping others. Through resilience, determination, and a refusal to give up on service to others, Forest and Ocean was born.
